Institutional leader to drive growth and support consultants, group advisors, and plan sponsors in Quebec and Atlantic Canada
Sun Life Global Investments is pleased to announce that Dominique Lavoie has joined the team as Director, Institutional Business Development and Client Relationships, based in Montreal.
In this role, Dominique will be responsible for leading business development and client relationship management for investment consultants, group advisors and plan sponsors, and supporting the growth of our institutional business across Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
"Dominique brings an impressive background in pension and investment management with extensive experience partnering with plan sponsors," said Anne Meloche, Head of Institutional Business. "Her decade at Mercer advising corporate clients on pension plan design, governance, and investment strategies, combined with her experience at State Street Trust Company and most recently as a leader at Optimum Actuarial Consulting, makes her ideally suited to drive continued growth and support clients in our institutional business."
Dominique began her career at Mercer, where she spent 10 years supporting the growth of delegated solutions across Canada. Most recently, she spearheaded firm-wide strategy and operations at Optimum Actuarial Consulting, demonstrating her ability to drive organizational success.
Dominique holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Université de Montréal, is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries, and is a CFA® Charterholder.
