Where were the best places to work in 2023?

Workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform Comparably has announced the winners of its 2023 Best CEOs, Best Company Culture, Best Companies for Women, and Best Companies for Diversity in its seventh annual Best Places to Work series. The platform gathered 20 million ratings on 70,000 US and Canadian companies.

For the first time in the history of the Comparably Awards since 2017, half of the Top 10 Best CEOs from large companies are women, and over 25 percent of the Top 100 are diverse.

“When searching for a great place to work in 2024, it is important to pick one that is committed to providing a positive workplace culture for all employees. The top-rated organizations and leaders on this year's seventh annual list have three key things in common. They are transparent about their business decisions, value their employees, and remain hyper-focused on their mission, vision and values,” says Chad Herring, CHRO of ZoomInfo, Comparably's parent company.

Hubspot and Insight Global lead the pack as the most awarded large organizations, securing seven consecutive wins in the Best Company Culture category. Following closely are ADP, Adobe, and TaskUs, now tied with former winners Google and Microsoft, each with six wins.
