Among this year’s distinguished winners is Eric Trudel, executive vice president and leader of Group Insurance at Beneva.
With more than three decades of experience, Trudel has championed digital inclusion and integrated wellness solutions, making care more accessible and personalized for Canadians.

Helen Hurlbut, President, CFO and Co-founder at Equiton, stands out for her unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and disciplined leadership.
Having helped Equiton surpass $1.6bn in assets under management, Hurlbut reflects, “Entrepreneurship taught me to be bold and visionary, while discipline has kept me grounded in transparency and accountability.”
Sean Maxwell, partner at BMKP Law, is another standout on this year’s Hot List. Renowned for his expertise in pension and benefits law, Maxwell is a passionate advocate for cross-industry collaboration.
